Scholarship Page

 

Instructions:

You must have been awarded a scholarship by your team manager.  If you have not, and you sign up here, you will be responsible for the remainder of your fees owed.


  1. 1.You must download, print, fill out Registration Form.pdf, and give it to your coach.

  2. 2.You must have your child write a 1-page letter thanking the anonymous donor for the scholarship.  Please have them explain what participation in PAL means to them.  Give that letter to the coach with the registration forms.  If this letter is not received, scholarship will be rescinded and you will be responsible for full fees.

3. Fill out form below.  Make sure the amount you pay for your scholarship matches the “Amount...” line in the form below.  Most scholarship payments are usually $35.00

4. Click on “Donate” button below and pay appropriate amount through PayPal (usually $35).
