PAL Football is a Denver tradition going back to the 1970s. Practice usually begins at the beginning of July depending on the team you play for, and the PAL Super Bowl is generally the first Sunday in November. We provide a tackle football program for youth ages 7-14. There are four divisions, sorted by age. The divisions are as follows:
Pee Wee - 7-8 years old
Bantam - 9-10 years old
Intermediate - 11-12 years old
Senior - 13-14 years old
Age is determined by child's age on September 1st, 2009.
If a child is in high school, regardless of age, they are ineligible to play PAL football.
